The Bois Saint Charles safeguards an entire ecosystem and in return, our teams do their utmost to maintain and preserve the vineyard's magnificent flora and fauna.
Cinsault
Cinsault is an ancient black grape variety producing white juice that is probably indigenous to Provence. Its ample bunches bear large, very juicy fruit.

Aromas : Smooth and non-acidic, with a low alcohol content and pale colour, it offers up aromas of red berries (predominantly raspberry), dried fruit and white flowers.
Style : Cinsault brings lightness and freshness to the wine, balancing out the strength of its peers.
Paired with Grenache, Cinsault yields rosé wines with the excellent balance of freshness and aromatic potency found in all our AOP Côte de Provence rosé wines.
